Practice Areas:

Practices environmental law: property transfers and brownfields redevelopment; accessing private and public funding sources for investigation and clean up; the Connecticut Transfer Act; environmental compliance needs; bio-medical waste; permits & licensing;  State of Connecticut Department of Environmental Protection and United States Environmental Protection Agency proceedings.

Active with the Coalition for Clean Sites. Writer and speaker on environmental issues before both the business and legal communities. Lectured on the impact of environmental issues on real property value at the University of Connecticut, and was a Facilitator of a Legislative Brownfields Seminar, conducted at the Connecticut State Legislature.
